This is the picture of the 1:5 scale Gn-car model seen in the Budapest Transport Museum. My first model follows this car. The color of this model is light grey, my models are painted similarly. According to old B/W pictures there were also white and differently colored freezer cars. |

This is an old photo about a similar freezer car that was equipped as meat transport car. The meat and beer transport cars had different internal equipment. There were private freezer cars spotted, with big ads of the beer manufacturer. These also were numbered as MÁV Cars. |

Old freezer car dumped on the yard of the Museum loco repair shop. The ladder is still usable, it was possible to take photos about the roof openings that used to serve to fill in ice. The door and the frame were still in a correct state. |

Another freezer car not far from the previous one. Here the ladders are already missing and the wooden sidewalls are also broken. This is differently colored than the other one, but this is probably a result of a later repainting. |

The other end of the same car. The breakmen's covered stand is well visible. The two round opening in the upper corners made me many troubles during the model design. They are invisible in the original drawings, probably served as ventillation openings. The environment suggests they were usually covered. Thus the model gets a cover here, rather than a visible round hole. |
